Report Emergency Maintenance Problems
Emergency calls should only be placed from 4:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., or on weekends or holidays. If your emergency problem is not listed below, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
An emergency maintenance problem is a problem whereby life, health, and/or property are in danger is considered an "EMERGENCY"

CO₂ Detector Going Off

Backed up Sewer Line/Stack Clog

Elevator Entrapment

No Elevator in the Building is Operational

Fire
-
Backed Up Trash Chute in Hi-Rises

No Air Conditioning when Weather is 80°F or higher in the Unit
